COMPLETING THE ON-LINE APPLICATION FORM
STEP 1: Complete the application. ALL REQUIRED FIELDS MUST BE FILLED IN or the application will not be accepted. BE SURE TO SUPPLY AN EMAIL ADDRESS THAT IS RELIABLE AND ACCURATE as this is the ONLY way we will contact you if your team is accepted. PLEASE BE SURE to include any SPECIAL REQUESTS in the notes section of the application for consideration. Any special requests received after your application is accepted will be subject to the tournament committee's discretion. ANY SPECIAL REQUESTS not noted in the application are subject to the Tournament discretion.
STEP 2: Once you hit Submit, your application will be sent to the tournament. THE FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED if you do not supply an email address or fail to check the verification boxes at the very end of the form.
STEP 3: When you submit your application, you will be given a web page that contains your Team ID Number. You should make two copies, one to keep on file and one to mail with your fees. YOU WILL NEED YOUR TEAM ID NUMBER TO CHECK YOUR STATUS, CONFIRM IF ACCEPTED, MODIFY YOUR APPLICATION... pretty much anything that has to do with the tournament. As this is also your private log-in code, you should be careful about who has access to it.
STEP 4: Pick up your email. You should have a completed application certificate for each team in case you couldn't print the page on Step 3.
All teams needing overnight accommodations during the tournament that are selected for participation in the MASC are required to make hotel reservations for their entire team at one of the approved hotels listed on the MASC hotel website (www.masctournament.com). In the event your team does not utilize our approved hotels, your team may not be accepted to participate in the tournament. There are a limited number of rooms at each hotel. Reservations, filled on a first come, first serve basis, must be submitted no later than March 10, 2013. The host hotels will not accept reservations directly from any team. By approximately March 15, 2013, the hotels will notify the teams of where each is staying and will require credit card information at this time. After this date, any changes to a team's room needs should be made directly with the hotel. Please review the list of the approved MASC hotels. Please indicate your top five preferences, but as indicated above, hotel rooms are limited and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot guarantee any of a team's preferences. Each hotel has a free continental breakfast or grab and go breakfast. Each hotel has its own cancellation policy; however, individual rooms will be able to be cancelled, without charge, with at least a 72 hour notice. All rooms will sleep four, but each hotel has a limited number of double/double bedded rooms; some rooms will have a king bed with a pull out.
Please use the table below to verify your age group BEFORE proceeding to the registration form. Your application will not be accepted by the on-line registration system if the DOB of the oldest player is not consistent with the selected age group. This is a SPRING tournament.
